    4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed build-up of sugar and flour residues underneath equipment. Discussed with person in charge to throughly clean around and under equipment to prevent the build up of grime and food debris. Person in charge stated the areas would be cleaned. Upon next routine inspection, verification of proper cleaning shall be performed.
