Addl Notes: Observed containers of al pastor, cheese and soup that were datemarked 8-10 days prior. Per kitchen staff, the items that were past the disposition date were never frozen. Discussed ensuring that all items are used within 7 days of preparation or discarded. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
