Addl Notes: Observed low temperature dishwashing machine dispensing 0 PPM of chlorine sanitizer. PIC primed line and was able to bring sanitizer to 50 ppm at time of inspection, after running it a second time, the sanitizer was registering at 0 PPM. Please make repairs prior to 10/2. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

According to time stamp, food had been previously removed from temperature controlled environment 15 minutes prior to inspection and was discarded at time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
