3-307.11 - Core: Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination Addl Notes: Observed clean trays stacked on prep sink with specks of blood from opening raw protein packages. PIC instructed employees to clean trays before using and discussed designating an area for opening packages that will prevent contamination. Also discussed prep room food storage requirements. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
