Addl Notes: **3RD CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION** Observed various milks in the reach-in section of the walk-in cooler with internal temperatures ranging from 50-56*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to person in charge, milks had been out for about 1 hour or less. Milk was moved to the back of the walk-in to cool back to 41*F. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must have internal temperatures of 41*F and below to prevent pathogen growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
