Addl Notes: Observed employee with gloves touching a cup that fell on the ground. Employee threw away the cup, then made a splushy, removed gloves, then added new gloves to continue doing food service. Manager stopped them, and had them immediately wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
