MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 2, Reg. 6g - All Micro Market display units offering time/temperature controlled for safety food shall be equipped with a self-closing door, an automatic shut-off device, and shall comply with all applicable regulations of this code as determined by the Department. Addl Notes: Observed refrigerator in break room containing TCS foods such as sandwiches, deli meats and cheeses. Unit does not appear to have an auto-locking door. Please ensure that all refrigerators containing TCS foods have an auto-locking safety mechanism prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. *** Re-inspection can be done virtually, please e-mail inspector with a photo of the micromarket and a close-up photo of the autolocking mechanism. ***
