Addl Notes: Observed 0 ppm of chlorine sanitizer dispensing from low temperature dishwashing machine actively in use. PIC re-filled sanitizer and primed to bring solution to 100 PPM at time of inspection. All dishes previously washed were re-washed at time. Discussed importance of testing sanitizer levels to ensure proper levels are maintained at all times.
