Addl Notes: Observed facility is timestamping butter that is left out on the counter. Is at 74F currently. Stamp is from 7am-11am, and it is after 5 pm. Talked to manager, and embargoed the food, since it had been 10 hours. Ensure that TCS foods kept out for time as a control are kept on the counter for no longer than 4 hours. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
