3-304.12 - Core: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Addl Notes: Observed the rice paddle in water that was 72*F. Discussed proper storage of in-use utensils. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: The hose at the mop sink was below the rim at time of inspection. The hose needs to be an inch above the rim. Person in charge (PIC) lifted the hose at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
