Wiping cloths are to be stored within sanitizer water with a sanitizer level of 100ppm. Observed wiping cloths at server station with chlorine based sanitizer at 50 ppm. Sanitizer to be at100 ppm. Sanitizer added to wiping cloths. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
