PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-306.14 - Priority: Returned Food and Re-service of Food. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4621/AMC-Toolbox---Cross-Contamination. Addl Notes: Observed containers with removable lids with serving spoons of hot sauce, seasoning sauce, and gyoza sauce left at tables in the dining room. Per manager, sauce containers are left at table and reused between guests throughout service. The establishment shall not reserve portions of leftover food items between customers. Discussed alternative options for serving the sauces to its guests with the manager. The staff removed the sauces from the tables at the time of inspection. Per manager, moving forward the establishment will hold the sauces at the refrigerator at the server station and will serve sauces upon customer request. In addition, they will dispose of unused portions of sauce and wash, rinse, and sanitize containers between customer use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
