For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4574/AMC-Toolbox---Food-Contact-Surfaces. Addl Notes: Observed Quaternary Ammonia (Quat) sanitizer solution in the 3 compartment sinks in the front of the Meat Market and the back that read 0 ppm. Person in Charge (PIC) dispensed fresh solution from Quat dispensers that still read 0 ppm. Quat sanitizer was present, but would not flow through dispenser properly. PIC called maintenance at time of inspection and discussed using 3 compartment sinks in other departments for ware-washing and sanitizer in the meantime with employees. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels, Quat must be dispensed and used at 150-400 ppm at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
