Addl Notes: Observed very heavy thick organic matter on the inside of the soda fountain nozzles at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more regular basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside the nozzles. The person in charge will have the nozzles cleaned. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
