Addl Notes: Observed mechanical dishwasher with chemical lines installed for rinse aid and chlorine sanitizer only. No soap was observed to be routed to dish machine for cleaning dishes. Employee stated that dishwasher was installed new and had been in-use since 8 months prior. Proper wash, rinse and sanitize is required for ware washing. Re-inspection for dishwasher will occur by 10/16/26.
