Addl Notes: Observed 10 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the mechanical ware washer in the back of house and at the front of house bar being used at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure the dishes are properly sanitized. Person in charge stated 3-compartment sink will be used until mechanical washers are serviced. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection
