MCEHC Mobile Food Requirements
MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 1(a)(4) - Mobile Food Type III is not operating as classified. Addl Notes: Observed two door upright refrigerator outside of unit. Informed PIC all food storage must take place inside the unit. Refrigerator must be removed. PIC will remove refrigerator within the next ten days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 9e - MF Type III-All cooking, processing, preparing, grilling, assembly, storage, and service of any food or beverage shall be conducted inside the permitted vehicle. Addl Notes: Observed horchata, jamaica, roasted pepper salsa, slices cabbage, shredded jack cheese, pickles, tortillas and onion mix, sliced cilantro on table outside of unit. Informed PIC that service of any food or beverage shall be conducted inside the permitted vehicle. PIC moved all foods into unit at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
