Addl Notes: Observed cooked beef in the air fryer with internal temperature 100 degrees. Person in charge (PIC) stated that was reheated recently, less than 30 minutes ago, and will go in the freezer. Informed PIC that cooling should take place in an environment and circumstances where the internal temperature can drop to 41 degrees. Advised PIC to put the meat in a metal container and place in the reach-in cooler or freezer. PIC followed the advice and placed the meat in the freezer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
