7-102.11 - Priority Foundation: Common Name-Working Containers Addl Notes: Observed unlabeled spray bottle with a purple liquid inside. Person in Charge was unsure what the chemical was and discarded the bottle. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

4-101.19 - Core: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Addl Notes: Observed an accumulation of dust on the middle two of the four fan guards in the walk-in display cooler. Discussed with Person in Charge to increase cleaning frequency to prevent the accumulation of any dust/soil buildup. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
