6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: Observed the back double doors with gaps leading outside when fully closed. The doorway is not completely sealed when shut because of lack of gaskets or equivalent. Discussed with Person in Charge about having solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors to prevent possible unwanted entry of pests. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.112 - Core: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pests Addl Notes: Observed more than ten dead roaches on the second floor of the establishment in all rooms. Discussed with person in charge to increase removal frequency as there is a need to remove dead or trapped creatures promptly to reduce the attraction of insects and development of odors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
