6-501.111 (C) - Priority Foundation: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Addl Notes: Observed approximately 100 fruit flies in dry storage area near mop sink. PIC scheduled pest control to come out 10/9/26. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **10 day re-inspection required**

Wiping Cloths; Properly Used and Stored

3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: Observed sanitizer bucket in kitchen to have a quat concentration below 150ppm. Per manufacture direction, sanitizer shall measure 200ppm. Observed automatic sanitizer dispenser in kitchen to not dilute properly, staff will use sanitizer dispenser in bar until repaired. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
