Addl Notes: In reach in refrigerator observed two enclosed boxes of raw shell eggs stored above a stainless steel container of pre-cooked hot dogs. Upon request, the two boxes of raw shell eggs were placed at the bottom of the unit, below the hot dogs. Please ensure to maintain proper food separation at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
