Addl Notes: Observed two hand sinks without signage (one in bar, one in back room). Discussed with person in charge about labeling hand sinks and only using them for handwashing. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed mop sink with leaking from the base of the head when turned on. Discussed with person in charge at getting it fixed to prevent leaking when turned on. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
