7-102.11 - Priority Foundation: Common Name-Working Containers Addl Notes: Observed a spray bottle with purple liquid and two with a light-yellow liquid underneath the 3 compartment sink without a label. Person in Charge (PIC) stated that liquids were soap and sanitizer respectively and labeled spray bottles at time of inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In-Use Utensils; Properly Stored

3-304.12 - Core: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Addl Notes: Observed ice cream scooper in back area next to reach-in coolers and rice paddles in front island next to rice cooker sitting in room temperature water. PIC stated In-use utensils were placed in water 20 minutes prior. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
