  2-102.11(A-B) and (C)(1), (4)-(16) - Priority Foundation: Demonstration; Demonstration of Knowledge Addl Notes: Observed scented bleach onsite, by the three-compartment sink. Alerted staff who stated they only use the bleach for cleaning tables and other non-food contact surfaces. Asked how they clean dishware and was informed that they use soap and water only. Sanitizer must be used in commercial kitchens to reduce bacterial growth on all dishware in contact with food. Staff obtained bleach without added scents at time of inspection. Educated staff on sanitizer use, testing and demonstrated hand dosing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
