Addl Notes: Observed staff answer a cell phone with gloved hands and then return to prepping food. The staff person was stopped and reeducated on when to wash procedures. Staff degloved and washed their hands before donning new gloves and returning to food service. Discussed the importance of washing hands with staff. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
