  3-501.11 - Core: Frozen Food Addl Notes: Numerous pizzas with cooking instructions for cooking from frozen were observed with internal temperatures of 39-41 degrees Fahrenheit in a reach-in freezer that was not holding cold. Food products labeled "keep frozen" must be kept frozen solid unless being thawed or slacked prior to service or as part of the cooking process. Employees moved pizzas to alternate freezers during the inspection to correct. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

  4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Addl Notes: At time of inspection, ambient temperature of a reach-in freezer with fully thawed (but 41F or colder) food was measured at 62F. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times, with freezers keeping foods frozen at approximately 0 Fahrenheit. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
