Addl Notes: Observed open bulk containers without lids/scoops on retail floor storing ready-to-eat raisins, dried fruits, pumpkin seeds, rock candy, almonds, and peanuts for customer self-service. Food shall be protected by packaging, counter service line, sneeze guards, display case or other effective means. Exceptions include nuts in shell; whole, raw fruits, vegetables intended for hulling/peeling, or washing by consumer. Person in charge (PIC) had food employee provide scoops and container covers at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
