Addl Notes: Observed TCS sloppy joes with beef stored in large containers and non-TCS cake in individual containers stored in the cold holding unit in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Per employee, the sloppy joes was made in their home and sold to the public the day before. Per employee the cake was made in another persons home. Per employee, neither person had a cottage food license. FOOD shall be obtained from sources that comply with LAW. FOOD prepared in a private home may not be used or offered for human consumption in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. All food from unapproved source was taken home by employee at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
