5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed leaky faucet at 3 compartment sink. Person in Charge stated that a maintenance order is in to repair faucet. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

6-303.11 - Core: Intensity-Lighting Addl Notes: Observed light in walk-in cooler that is too dim to be able to effectively see food product stored within cooler. The light intensity shall be at least 108 lux (10-foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units. Also observed lights in women's restroom too dim to effectively use facilities. At least 215 lux (20 foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor in areas used for handwashing, warewashing, and equipment and utensil storage, and in toilet rooms. Replace lightbulbs for adequate lighting before next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to routine inspection.
