Addl Notes: Observed cheese stored in display cooler under service counter measured at 52F, opened container of michelada mix stored at room temperature. PIC reported opening 30 minutes prior to inspection. PIC reported just moving cheese to cooler from prep line 10 minutes prior. Cheese improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Consecutive violation 2nd.

7-202.12 (C) - Priority Foundation: Conditions of Use; Pesticides by certified applicator Addl Notes: Observed insecticide spray stored under 3 compartment sink. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Toilet Facilities: Properly Constructed, Supplied, Clean

5-501.17 - Core: Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered Addl Notes: Observed trash cans without covers in womens' restroom. Uni-sex and female toilet rooms requires a covered waste receptacle. Provide prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
