Addl Notes: Observed chlorine santizer dispensing from the automatic sanitizer dispenser at 0 PPM. Dishes which been wash, rinsed and sanitized earlier in the day were re-sanitized at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using chlorine sanitizer must be sanitized with a contact time of least 10 seconds. Discussed the importance of routinely checking sanitizer levels. Staff plan to sanitize dishes by hand dosing chlorine into the sanitizer basin, until the automatic dispenser is working properly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
