7-102.11 - Priority Foundation: Common Name-Working Containers Addl Notes: Observed spray bottles stored next to ware washing area without labelling at time. PIC reported multipurpose cleaner, and degreaser in bottles and labelled at time of inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.12 (C) - Priority Foundation: Conditions of Use; Pesticides by certified applicator Addl Notes: Observed insecticide spray stored under ware washing machine. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
