Addl Notes: Employee handling dirty dishes and then handling a clean pan that came out of the dish machine and put it away in clean storage without hand washing between handling of the dirty and clean equipment. PIC moved the previously clean pan back to the ware wash dirty-side to be cleaned again. Discussed when-to-wash requirements with PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
