Addl Notes: Observed substantial food residue on small cast iron pans stored as clean. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Person in charge (PIC) directed an employee to wash, rinse, and sanitize the pans during the inspection to correct. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
