Staff not reseting the timers at sanitizing. Ensure that slicers are sanitized every 4 hours or less, and proper documentation is occurring to notify all staff of said cleaning. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Addl Notes: Observed only 78F at the hot side of the hand sink by the 3 compartment sink. Talked to manager about requirements. Ensure there is 100F hot water at each hand sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will re-inspect within 10 days.
