Talked to manager and had the employee wash their hands. Ensure that hands are washed after contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Ensure that hot water is present at each sink and at least 100F. Will reinspect within 10 days. Reinspection on 10-13-26. Hot water not working at the back 78F at the front hand sink from the hot side. Will check back in another 10 days.
