Addl Notes: Observed hot water at the hand sink at the service area at 79F. Talked to manager about hot water requirements, and manager said recirculation pump is down. Ensure that all hot water at the sinks is at least 100F. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will reinspect within 10 days.
