PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11 - Priority: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Addl Notes: At three compartment sink, observed pans in third vat, and the quaternary ammonium was observed over 500ppm. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels (200-400ppm) at time of inspection. PIC indicated that repair service would be scheduled immediately. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
