Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
6-501.11 PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair. Observed that there was a leak coming from the water heater. Person-in-Charge (PIC) stated that they were having issue with the former water heater and a new one was purchased to replace it. The replaced water heater may have not been installed correctly allowing for some leaking of water from the unit/piping. The water heater was still capable of supplying adequate hot water to the hand sink and ware washing sink.
