Obsereved staff recently mopped the inside of the walk-in refrigerator with the open pot on the floor. Explained to staff the requirements FOOD shall be protected from contamination by storing the FOOD at least 6 inches above the ground. Staff moved the pot to a new location in the walk-in refrigerator.
