6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed excessive food debris splatter on the cabinets next to the bus station in the bar area. Discussed with Chef that the cleaning frequency should be increased to preclude the accumulation of soil and debris. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
