    4-601.11(B) and (C) - Core: Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils Addl Notes: Observed an accumulation of dried food/beverage splash on the splash plate around the nozzles of the juice and coffee dispenser. Discussed deep cleaning the area to remove the debris and cleaning more often to prevent an accumulation of debris. NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, FOOD residue, and other debris. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
