Repeat Violation PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-501.114 (A-E) - Priority: Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization- Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness. Addl Notes: ***SECOND Consecutive Violation*** At in use bar warewashing machine, no detectable chlorine sanitizer at dishware surfaces. After several attempts to prime machine, unable to attain proper sanitizer concentration. Discontinue use of warewashing machine and use available 3-compartment sink for all warewashing purposes until machine is repaired. Onsite employee will attempt to repair and if unable to repair, chemical company will be called. Discussed more frequent monitoring of sanitizer solution, especially at start of day, when exchanging bottles of solution, or after periods of inactivity. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
