Addl Notes: Observed handwash sink in the back prep area, handwash sink at the side station area and handwash sink in the dish pit area did not have a hand drying provision. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, Person in charge (PIC) provided hand drying provisions for all three handwash sinks at time of inspection.
