    4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Addl Notes: Low temperature chlorine sanitizing dish machine not in active use at time of inspection. Final rinse chlorine sanitizer concentration observed at 0PPM after multiple wash cycles. Acceptable final rinse chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be 50-100 PPM. After tightening the sanitizer supply lid and rotating sanitizer supply so it was laying horizonal instead of vertical, observed final rinse sanitizer concentration of 50 PPM. Discussed repairing sanitizer supply/ dish machine so it reaches concentration of 50-100 PPM at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
