PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13 - Priority: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap Addl Notes: Observed the drain pipe inside the floor drain of the 3-compartment sink near the mechanical dishwasher, the left 3-compartment sink in the shared kitchen space, and the food prep sink in the shared kitchen space. Floor drain pipes need to be set at least 1 inch above the flood rim. Repair pipes to sit above the floor rim of the floor drain prior to re-inspection (Thursday, October 15th). 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed a leak at the 3-compartment sink in the mop closet room. Also observed a leak from the sanitizer hose on the right 3-compartment sink in the shared kitchen space. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Addl Notes: Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink next to the dishwasher. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
