Addl Notes: Observed employee crack raw shell eggs and proceed to change gloves to plate RTE food (cheese) for service without handwashing occurring in between. This scenario happened multiple times. Informed person in charge (PIC) that handwashing must occur whenever tasks change, or when switching from tasks working with raw animal proteins to RTE (ready-to-eat) food. PIC stated understanding and had employee wash hands at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
