  3-501.13 - Core: Thawing Addl Notes: Observed raw portions of salmon thawing in the walk-in cooler still in their original packaging that states the product should be removed from packaging when thawing. The person in charge had staff remove packages at time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge that the fish should be removed from its original packaging when thawing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
