    4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed residue on the floor below and in the area surrounding the soda syrups. Person in charge was made aware and stated they would clean the surfaces and the floor to remove residue. Routine cleaning and visual checks should continue to be performed to prevent future buildup of residues.
